Description

You will develop full-stack software for portable ultrasound devices, focusing on analysis and clinical documentation functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document software solutions spanning the full application programming stack.
• Assess technical risks and estimate development effort for medical device interoperability.
• Integrate software deliverables within larger systems to ensure compatibility with distributed clinical workflows.
• Perform software unit, integration, and system testing to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the software lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack components.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns including MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Proficiency with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and general software design patterns.
• Experience with software unit and integration test development using modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of Object-Relational data access designs and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a regulated environment following a strict SDLB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitrise, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools like Android Profiler.
