Description

You will design, develop, and prototype Android mobile applications for phones and tablets, covering both internal and external use cases. You own the full application lifecycle, including writing automation scripts, testing, and releasing to app stores.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Write and execute automated tests using frameworks like Appium.
• Collaborate with product teams on new features, designs, prototypes, and estimations.
• Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement of products and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming Android platform features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Extensive proficiency with the Android platform using Kotlin and Java.
• Experience writing automated tests with Appium.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries and native mobile development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prototype and estimate complex feature sets.
• Strong understanding of the full application lifecycle from development to release.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing for both phones and tablets.
