Description

Lead mobile application development using Kotlin and Java within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications using functional and object-oriented programming principles.
• Implement architectural patterns including MVVM, MVP, or MVC.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Manage code quality using Detekt and SonarQube.
• Collaborate within Agile workflows using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Android mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin including coroutines, null safety, and sealed classes.
• Strong experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of Kotlin features like extension functions, lazy initialization, and higher-order functions.
• Experience managing builds and pipelines with Jenkins and Gradle.
• Hands-on expertise with Git version control.
• Knowledge of design patterns such as Singleton, Facade, and Observer.
• Ability to invoke Kotlin from Java and vice versa.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin test frameworks.
