Description

You will design and build high-quality Android applications using modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing codebases using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and the Android SDK.
• Implement MVVM architecture, Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow for asynchronous data handling.
• Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services into client-side applications.
• Migrate or support legacy XML-based UI components and Java code.
• Manage local data persistence using Room, DataStore, Realm, or SQLDelight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and Material Design.
• Deep understanding of MVVM architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Coroutines and Kotlin Flow.
• Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with local databases such as Room, DataStore, Realm, or SQLDelight.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
