Description

You will develop and optimize low-level Android components within the automotive domain, owning system-level stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom HALs for modules such as Radio, Vehicle, Audio, or GNSS.
• Execute Android OS migrations and manage security implementations including SELinux, FBE, and FDE.
• Perform deep code analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of system-level issues.
• Design components and systems following SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Manage development workflows using RTM, Jira, or ALM tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in C++ (STL, Templates, Exceptions, Threading).
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep knowledge of Android Framework, Car Service, Android Treble, VNDK, AIDL, and HIDL.
• Experience with Android NDK and JNI.
• Experience working with Android CTS/VTX.
• Background in the Automotive domain, specifically Android Automotive.
• Expertise in component and system design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Android security protocols.
