Description

You will design, build, and maintain high-quality e-commerce applications for the Android platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ship new features in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify, debug, and fix bottlenecks and bugs using ADB.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Mentor junior developers and delegate technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Expert knowledge of Java and the JDK.
• Expert knowledge of the Android SDK.
• Advanced Android UI skills including Fragments and custom view components.
• Experience writing multi-threaded and networked applications.
• Expert level debugging and analysis skills using ADB.
• Experience with the application submission and provisioning process.
• Proven experience designing and developing a complete Android app from top to bottom.
• Expert knowledge of IntelliJ or Android Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenGL, NDK, or high-performance graphics code.
