You will build and scale high-quality Android applications for a global user base.

Responsibilities

• Write well-tested, reliable code for mobile applications used by millions of people.
• Collaborate with distributed team members to ensure knowledge sharing and efficient division of labor.
• Tackle complex technical problems related to scaling a distributed platform.
• Iterate on software features to maintain high-quality standards in a rapidly evolving environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Deep experience with the Android SDK.
• Proven track record of publishing at least one or two apps to the Google Play Store.
• Experience with Unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to achieve high code coverage.
• Proficiency using Android Studio.
• Experience working with various SDKs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reactive programming, such as RxJava.
