Lead offshore Android development and manage the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development lifecycle for Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Write well-structured, optimized, and testable code.
• Lead the offshore team and provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain and document software through all development stages.
• Write and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Expertise with Android Studio and Jetpack libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Coroutines and Flows.
• Practical knowledge of the BLE framework.
• Experience implementing REST API or GraphQL clients.
• Working knowledge of SQLite.
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git or SVN.
• Experience working within an Agile-Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins or similar build systems.
