Description

You will design, build, and ship e-commerce applications for the Android platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify, debug, and fix bottlenecks and bugs using advanced analysis tools.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Lead and mentor junior developers through task delegation and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java, JDK, and the Android SDK.
• Proficiency with Kotlin, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Advanced Android UI skills, including Fragments and custom view components.
• Experience building multi-threaded and networked applications.
• Expert-level debugging and analysis using ADB.
• Experience designing and developing complete Android apps from top to bottom.
• Expert knowledge of IntelliJ or Android Studio.
• Solid understanding of Android UI paradigms from Gingerbread to Oreo.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenGL, NDK, or high-performance graphics code.
• Experience with protocol buffers and Google Play Store release processes.
