Description

You will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to testing and enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of software modules and enterprise applications using disciplined processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide input to architects on system specifications.
• Analyze existing applications to identify weaknesses and implement technical process improvements or automation.
• Consult with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to monitor project milestones and mitigate schedule risks.
• Research feasibility for custom, open source, and commercial solution alternatives to provide buy vs. build recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience with Java and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of web development, web platforms, and content management.
• Knowledge of mobile-first and user-first web design approaches.
• Ability to elicit, document, and communicate complex technical and business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
