Description

Lead API testing and automation to ensure software quality across the release lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated API tests using Rest Assured or ReadyAPI.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Java.
• Manage test lifecycles and bug tracking within JIRA and QMetry.
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.
• Debug network traffic and API responses using Charles or Fiddler.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and QA testing.
• Expertise in API testing and automation strategies.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured and ReadyAPI.
• Experience with version control using GIT.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with build tools including Maven and ANT.
• Experience using JIRA for agile management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
