Description

You will design and develop scalable API solutions within a two-week sprint cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and recommend design solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
• Partner with the Tech Lead to provide leadership support based on product team demands.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to vet user stories and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
• Deliver completed stories, including unit testing, within sprint cycles.
• Partner with QA staff to support the implementation of automated test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Groovy.
• Knowledge of XSD, WSDL, and JSON Schema.
• Ability to transition abstract concepts into stable, supportable software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience performing code reviews and providing technical recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API Management and Integration frameworks such as WSO2.
