Description

You will design, build, and maintain Appian applications and technical solutions. You lead small development teams and guide implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build Appian interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrations.
• Develop process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, smart services, and web services.
• Lead projects and run workshops to break down epics into user stories.
• Perform impact analysis, performance management, and modularize components for reusability.
• Guide other developers to ensure proper implementation of design, testing, and deployment practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total IT experience with at least 2 years implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher.
• Proven experience working with Appian versions 18 and above.
• Appian Associate Developer certification.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including views and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience developing Appian Plugins.
• Experience with Java, HTML, and Cucumber.
• Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Practical experience using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to design SQL queries for accessing data in DB tables and views.
