Description

You will design, implement, and deploy enterprise applications using Appian within an Agile framework.

Design and build applications using Appian process models, SAIL forms, CDTs, records, and reports.

Engineer reliability into software to manage Appian availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency.

Conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories within the Agile framework.

Mentor junior developers and establish internal Appian development best practices and design guides.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy applications using Appian process models, SAIL forms, CDTs, records, and reports.
• Engineer reliability into software to manage Appian availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories within the Agile framework.
• Mentor junior developers and establish internal Appian development best practices and design guides.
• Integrate applications with databases including Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a developer or programmer.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification with recent hands-on design and implementation experience.
• Proficiency with Appian components: Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDT, records, and reports.
• Experience with REST Web API development and API integration using tools like MuleSoft.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, specifically AWS.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and application programming techniques.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Octane.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Lead Developer Certification.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
