Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Appian low-code applications using Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Record Types, Decision Rules, Expression Rules, Integration Objects, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflow orchestration solutions that automate complex business processes across multiple systems, teams, and approval stages.
• Deliver financial services solutions for areas such as fund administration, investor services, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, business analysts, and technology teams to drive intelligent automation initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and governance by participating in sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives while supporting solution architecture.

Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience and 1-3+ years of financial services experience in banking, wealth management, fund administration, asset management, or fintech with proven track record of delivering workflow orchestration and process automation solutions in Agile environments
