Description

You design, develop, and deploy scalable low-code applications on the Appian platform, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Record Types, and Decision Rules to automate complex business workflows.
• Design and implement Integration Objects for database connectivity and external system integrations.
• Deliver financial services solutions including fund administration, investor services, and AML/KYC compliance tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to drive intelligent automation initiatives within an Agile framework.
• Create Reports and Dashboards to provide visibility into process performance and data insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Database Design principles.
• Experience with Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, and Expression Rules.
• 1-3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering workflow orchestration solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Senior or Lead Developer certification.
• Experience with Appian AI capabilities, intelligent document processing, or RPA.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, Azure, or cloud-based SaaS platforms.
