Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise-level applications using the Appian BPM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Appian applications following platform best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for existing applications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of focused Appian BPM development experience.
• Expertise in designing Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, and Appian Records.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components.
• Experience with Appian integration using REST and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with AWS.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
