Description

You will serve as the BPM expert for Appian configuration, design, process, and workflow usage across enterprise development, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the BPM technology lead to resolve systems, software integration, and compatibility issues, particularly in multi-tenant environments.
• Analyze system requirements and functional specifications to inform design decisions, addressing roadblocks and defects independently.
• Deliver and recommend BPM solutions aligned with enterprise BPM and SOA architectures, patterns, and policies.
• Build BPM reference implementations and integrate them with other components and systems alongside Solution Architects.
• Conduct technical assessments and detailed design reviews to validate adherence to the approved architecture.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of related work experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of strong experience designing and implementing Business Process Management solutions using Appian BPM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certification, knowledge, and work experience with Appian versions 7.x, 16.x, 17.x or higher.
• Practical experience designing and building enterprise and/or distributed systems.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of architectural principles and enterprise technology solution operations.
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrations with Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, Security, and Web APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to infrastructure, network, and enterprise scale environments.
