Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of business workflow automation and rules engine solutions using Appian BPM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian BPM components including Tempo, Mobility, Smart Services, and Reports.
• Define architecture, design concepts, and enterprise standards for business process automation.
• Lead and mentor teams of 5-7 developers, providing technical guidance to junior staff.
• Create process maps and manage Appian server configurations and deployments.
• Provide technical solutions and architectural direction to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Appian BPM development.
• Deep knowledge of BPM fundamentals, architecture components, and Appian Designer features.
• Hands-on experience with Appian Mobility, Forums, Discussions, and Pages.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Appian Administration and servers such as JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic.
• Proven ability to design and architect business workflow automation and rules engines.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
