Description

You will design, build, and maintain business process automation solutions on the Appian low-code platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create custom applications and solutions to automate business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through stakeholder analysis.
• Design and build workflows and process models within Appian.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing Appian applications.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in the Appian low-code platform, including UI and RPA development patterns.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java/J2EE, or C#.
• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and devise efficient technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Commitment to learning new Appian platform features.
