Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Appian-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Appian applications using BPM and SAIL.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
• Proficiency in Appian BPM and SAIL.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.
• Experience integrating Appian with external systems and databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• Senior Developer or Lead Developer certifications.
