Description

Design and build Appian applications while providing technical leadership to the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications using Java for integration components.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and map data from source systems to the data warehouse.
• Lead distributed engineering teams and provide technical guidance to mid-level developers.
• Integrate Appian with external systems and COTS products using REST and SOAP web services.
• Debug issues in Interfaces, Process Models, and estimate project sizing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Appian, including Sites and complex SAIL Forms.
• Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certification.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web service design principles.
• Proficiency in Java for building integration components.
• Ability to scope Appian projects and lead teams of distributed engineers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Appian with multiple external systems.
