Description

You will administer Appian BPM, Mule ESB, and Oracle database environments while supporting RHEL systems and application servers.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Appian BPM suite, including user/group management, plugin imports, and dependency resolution.
• Support Mule/MMC deployments and monitor resource utilization to assist development teams.
• Manage RHEL 8+ systems, troubleshooting network, memory, filesystem, and process thread issues.
• Configure and maintain WebLogic, JBOSS, and Apache web servers to resolve deployment failures.
• Execute Oracle SQL queries and troubleshoot data-related issues to support developer requests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems and database support.
• Appian BPM suite administration.
• Mule ESB administration.
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL proficiency, including Oracle data types and syntax.
• RHEL 8 or above system administration and troubleshooting.
• WebLogic and JBOSS application server administration.
• Apache web server administration and configuration.
• Bash command line proficiency and shell scripting for task automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Powerbroker privilege escalation management software.
• Experience with BladeLogic job scheduling software.
