Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Manage AMI systems: HES, MDMS, MAMS
• Ensure system stability, performance, and uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Implementation & Maintenance

• Support full lifecycle: implementation → go-live → operations
• Plan upgrades, capacity, and scalability

Infrastructure & Performance

• Maintain system availability and reliability
• Support disaster recovery (DR) & business continuity

Development & Reporting

• Scripting: PowerShell, VBScript, .NET
• Work with SQL, SSIS, SSRS

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Use monitoring tools for performance tracking
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution

Collaboration

• Work with vendors for fixes and upgrades
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirements and improvements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Windows server environments
• Expertise in SQL, SSIS, SSRS
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, .NET)
• Understanding of APIs, networking, virtualization, databases

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in application administration
• Experience in enterprise IT environments
• Bachelor’s degree (IT or related field)
