Description

You will own the stability, performance, and uptime of AMI systems including HES, MDMS, and MAMS, managing the full lifecycle from implementation to operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage AMI systems (HES, MDMS, MAMS) and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, capacity planning, and scalability improvements.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Develop scripts and reports using PowerShell, VBScript, .NET, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application administration within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows server environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, VBScript, and .NET.
• Understanding of APIs, networking, virtualization, and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
