Description

You will administer and support critical wealth management platforms, including RPM and Pario, ensuring system stability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise wealth management platforms and downstream systems.
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations per Infosec and audit requirements.
• Resolve support tickets, prioritizing issues and escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patching, and application releases.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise applications in wealth management or financial services.
• Knowledge of dealer book of record systems.
• Experience with support ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and/or JIRA.
• Experience with code deployments for on-premises and cloud systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with application support, development, and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.
