Manage the full requirements lifecycle and provide technical analysis for system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, process models, and conceptual design documents.
• Conduct dependency, functional, workflow, and data modeling analysis to define current and future business rules.
• Manage requirements discipline through feasibility analysis, change request management, and issue tracking.
• Execute testing functions including test strategy development, test planning, and incident research.
• Provide production support through issue resolution, triage, and hot fix support during the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in application analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue and requirement tracking.
• Experience working with MS SQL.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Ability to perform workflow, use case, and process modeling.
• Strong documentation skills for test plans and business needs analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
