Description

You design and implement banking application features, manage customer correspondence systems, and resolve technical issues using .NET and SQL technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and create customer correspondence and letters within banking application systems.
• Translate business requirements and enhancement requests into technical solutions.
• Write unit test cases and coordinate with QA teams for final sign-off.
• Develop release documentation and prepare user manuals for system updates.
• Identify and resolve technical issues through proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in banking systems or operations, specifically with client core banking systems.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries in DB2 and SQL Server.
• Experience using Jira and Service-Now for workflow management.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket, including branching, staging, and pull requests.
• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with XML, library files, and variables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DocPlus for Signature (Prism Software).
