Description

You will architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native, SaaS solutions for next-generation BSS platforms, integrating AI and machine learning to automate workflows and enable personalized experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions for BSS platforms.
• Lead integration of AI and machine learning models to automate workflows and enable personalized customer experiences.
• Drive initiatives embedding AI/ML for dynamic pricing, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize AI/ML optimization across customer journeys.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of solution architecture experience focused on large-scale BSS in telecom or similar industries.
• Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems, including predictive analytics and real-time recommendations.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture principles and Microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, or SID.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
