Description

You design, develop, and maintain ECM solutions using IBM FileNet, CMOD, and IBM Content Navigator.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure FileNet object stores, classes, metadata models, and workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot Java and .NET (C#) applications and web services.
• Administer clustered, load-balanced ECM environments on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Support Formworks scanning systems and document capture workflows.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute production support tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM FileNet P8, CMOD, and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• Proficiency in Java and C# (.NET) for application development.
• Experience configuring ICN desktops, plugins, and integrations.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and SQL Server (including query optimization).
• Experience administering IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Knowledge of Subversion (SVN) for version control.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ALM tools for requirements and testing documentation.
• Willingness to provide off-hours support for production systems.
