Description

Lead the analysis, design, and development of changes to align financial systems with the Foundation Data Model (FDM). Own the translation of stakeholder requirements into technical solutions that fit the business processes and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Modify computer programs, databases, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting to ensure FDM compliance.
• Execute data migration and conversion tasks, including updating SSIS packages for smooth system transitions.
• Participate in end-to-end testing cycles, bug fixes, and stabilization support during go-live phases.
• Manage data migrations and exchanges between disparate systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience using .NET Framework and C#.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with WPF and WCF for modifying user interfaces and services.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS for data reporting and integration processes.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with complex financial systems and accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Specific exposure to Workday’s Foundation Data Model (FDM) or similar systems.
