Description

Lead the analysis, design, and development of changes to align financial systems with the Foundation Data Model (FDM). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions that fit business processes and system architecture.
• Modify computer programs, databases, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting to ensure FDM compliance.
• Execute data migration and conversion tasks, including updating SSIS packages for smooth system transitions.
• Manage data migrations and exchanges between disparate systems.
• Participate in end-to-end testing cycles, bug fixes, and stabilization support during go-live phases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience using .NET Framework and C#.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with WPF and WCF for modifying user interfaces and services.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS for data reporting and integration processes.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with complex financial systems and accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Specific exposure to Workday’s Foundation Data Model (FDM) or similar systems.
