Description

You will own the maintenance and evolution of legacy enterprise systems, ensuring stability and performance for critical judicial operations.

Responsibilities

• Debug, support, and maintain complex legacy applications built with CA Plex or similar 4GL tools.
• Manage production support lifecycles and execute system integrations via REST, SOAP/XML, and Windows Services.
• Develop and optimize data layers using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including microservices architectures.
• Support enterprise systems with a focus on court, judicial case, or jury management domains.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Application Development.
• 15+ years of direct experience with CA Plex or comparable 4GL environments.
• 15+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-grade legacy systems.
• 5+ years of experience within court, judicial, or jury management systems.
• Strong expertise in debugging and production support for mission-critical software.
• Proven track record with system integrations including REST, SOAP/XML, and Microservices.

Preferred Skills

• Government or public sector domain experience.
• Familiarity with .NET, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Always On, Imperva, Power BI, and data warehousing schemas (Star/Snowflake).
