Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and packaging of Appian BPM implementations and intelligent automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect Appian solutions, including in-memory KDB engines, sizing, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
• Develop Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins.
• Integrate systems using SOAP and REST web services or ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall industry experience with at least 4+ years focused on Appian.
• Deep knowledge of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Expression Rules, Web APIs, and Process Models.
• Experience with Appian Connected Systems, Data Stores, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in J2EE design patterns, including Java Servlets, EJBs, and JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, GitHub, and XLR.
• Experience with web and app servers including Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.
• Working knowledge of testing automation tools like Selenium or Tosca.
• Ability to work within SAFe Agile frameworks using Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Component UI Plugins.
