Description

Lead the development and support of complex web applications as a technical subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design applications following established technical standards.
• Develop new business processes and programming solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Lead technical teams, providing accurate time estimates and managing work schedules.
• Present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, requirements gathering, and comprehensive application testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of .NET application development using C#, Angular, Entity Framework Core, ADO.Net, jQuery, Web/Rest API, Azure web jobs, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• 5+ years of Oracle development, including complex PL/SQL and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of Azure SQL development, including complex SQL and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of Azure Postgres development, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Bootstrap, AngularMaterial, TypeScript, jQuery Mobile, JSON, and XML.
• Proven experience building accessible web applications following W3C WCAG guidelines.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Strong team leadership and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Python or PowerShell scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP Business Intelligence SDK and Telerik UI controls integration.
