Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications across multiple platforms and database systems
Analyze and understand existing codebases, including business logic and data flows
Extend, enhance, or modernize legacy systems independently
Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions in a high-velocity environment
Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
Research and implement solutions using unfamiliar technologies when required


Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2 iSeries, Oracle, or NoSQL
Strong experience working across diverse application stacks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-driven mindset
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions quickly
Experience with Python and/or microservices development
