Description

You will support the modernization of the MACWIS child welfare information system by transitioning legacy applications to a modern platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance legacy applications built with Natural, VB6, and .NET.
• Develop SQL and Natural scripts for data cleanup, integrity verification, and migration.
• Collaborate across teams to support system transition and testing activities.
• Act as a technical expert bridging legacy and modern systems during the migration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming language.
• 5+ years of experience with Visual Basic 6 and SQL.
• Proficiency in .NET, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with legacy system support and modernization efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system transitions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Child Welfare Information Systems such as MACWIS, SACWIS, or CCWIS.
