Description

Design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications and integrated telephony systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems using web services and cross-system protocols.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and integrate dissimilar SIP telephony systems.
• Manage and develop speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Monitor contact center operations, including key metrics and workforce management needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in an object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
• Practical knowledge of PBX architecture and telecommunication network services.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic.
• Experience with contact center systems and operations.
• Experience with speech recognition system development.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Genesys Cloud.
