Lead the development, support, and architecture of applications, build systems, and execution environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications, reporting tools, and build systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to frameworks, tools, and environmental execution.
• Provide system architecture and integration design recommendations.
• Assess utilization trends to recommend design changes for infrastructure scaling.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in internal engineering meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced PHP skills, including framework experience and building REST APIs.
• Proficiency in MySQL or MariaDB database design and administration.
• Experience writing clean, well-documented JavaScript code.
• Experience with AWS services to build highly available, secure applications in hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including scripting and common utilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills for procedural documentation and incident reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multi-tasked, high-pressure environments.
