Lead the design, prototyping, and development of AI-driven solutions and scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of AI-driven solutions using Python and React, focusing on chatbot functionality.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and support.
• Break down feature requests into development tasks, provide work estimates, and manage timelines.
• Evaluate technical risks and impacts on existing systems to provide mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and lead the creation of enterprise-scale software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with an understanding of AI capabilities.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript libraries such as React.
• Strong coding skills in a modern object-oriented language like C++.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database systems.
• Thorough knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS 3, SVG, W3C, and JSON.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Experience with software testing, quality assurance, and GitHub.
