Description

You will maintain and enhance a CA Plex-based Case Management System, ensuring stability and compliance for judicial operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the CA Plex model-driven application across multiple environments, troubleshooting production defects and data anomalies.
• Design and implement feature enhancements, modifying business rules, screens, workflows, and batch processes within the CA Plex environment.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server T-SQL queries and stored procedures to support large datasets and data integrity.
• Support system integrations with external law enforcement and judicial platforms, assisting in the transition of legacy integrations to modern APIs.
• Develop reporting queries and data extracts, collaborating with analytics teams to support data warehouse feeds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Application Development experience.
• 7+ years of CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven development experience.
• 7+ years of SQL Server and T-SQL experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise or legacy systems with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET data access patterns and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture (Star/Snowflake schema) and Power BI backend optimization.
• Background in government or judicial system environments.
