Description

You will analyze enterprise requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for web and Java services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define functional and non-functional capabilities for enterprise database builds.
• Create detailed business requirements documents covering processes, rules, data, and security.
• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, including databases and stakeholder interviews.
• Perform analysis to produce functional specifications consumed by development teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic 6, C++, and SQL.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle.
• Understanding of modern web architectures and client-server enterprise models.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC using agile methodology.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
• Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and change management principles.
