Description

Build and maintain enterprise Java applications and web services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications and web services using Java and Drools/Red Hat BRMS.
• Manage small projects independently and contribute to larger team initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plans and tracking results.
• Prepare software for deployment to production environments in Linux and AWS.
• Resolve issues logged by users of live systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Core Java and Web Services.
• 5+ years of experience with Drools, Red Hat BRMS, or similar rules engines.
• 5+ years of experience with Git and Maven.
• Experience with JBoss Application Server.
• Proficiency in AWS for cloud-based development and deployment.
• Experience working in Linux environments using VS Code.
• Strong understanding of SQL and BDD/TDD practices including JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JBPM or other process automation engines.
