The candidate should have minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM core modules and data architecture
Should have experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 in creating/modifying PeopleSoft PeopleTools
Ability to perform enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules, including ePerformance, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and pension
Should have knowledge of applying PeopleSoft-delivered patches/regulatory tax updates
Good to have knowledge of application designing objects, including Fluid pages/non-Fluid pages, records, fields, SQL, application engine, application packages, and file layouts, along with BIP/XML publisher, PeopleCode, SQR, and PS Query
Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft upgradation methodology as well as perform multiple PeopleTools upgrades
Must possess strong knowledge of installing and configuring PeopleSoft change assistant
Must have knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
Preferred to have knowledge of installing and configuring PeopleTools mid-tier components, including Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Application Server, Web Server, File Server, and Elasticsearch
Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
