Description

You will own the support, enhancement, and upgrade of PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM core modules and data architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules including ePerformance, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and pension.
• Manage PeopleTools upgrades, including applying delivered patches and regulatory tax updates.
• Install and configure PeopleSoft Change Assistant, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), and mid-tier components (Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Application/Web/File Servers, Elasticsearch).
• Create and modify PeopleTools objects, Fluid/non-Fluid pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, File Layouts, BIP/XML Publisher, PeopleCode, SQR, and PS Query.
• Collaborate with large technical teams to ensure system stability and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM core modules.
• Deep expertise in PeopleTools enhancements, data architecture, and application design objects.
• Proficient in PeopleCode, SQR, PS Query, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrade methodologies and installation/configuration of Change Assistant and PUM.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
