You will lead technical direction and oversee the development of scalable enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own production stability, including incident handling, testing, and application monitoring.
• Design and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for consistent delivery.
• Oversee code quality and implement architectural patterns across the codebase.
• Champion component reusability through shared services and strategic reuse.
• Mentor team members to ensure engineering excellence and project success.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
• Proficiency in relational and document-based database design and domain modeling.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural vision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration in enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Svelte.
• Knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance domain.
