Manage and support application environments within a database-driven infrastructure. You will own system stability, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability and maintenance of system processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Monitor system health using observability tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage and support application environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Perl, or Unix shell.
• Experience managing and querying databases: Oracle, Sybase, or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for observability.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Any graduate degree.

• Experience with multiple database platforms.
