Description

You will provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers to implement product solutions that meet specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications to prepare techno-commercial quotations and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Manage customer enquiries, clarifications, and post-offer communications.
• Resolve order issues and complaints by liaising with sales, service, finance, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with product management to configure and modify products according to customer needs.
• Execute post-order activities including processing drawings, quality plans, and supporting invoicing workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in the control valve industry.
• Expertise in selection and sizing of control valves, including globe, butterfly, and ball valves.
• Proficiency in E-tender processes and interpreting tender documents, forms, and formats.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, conditions, and customer GPC documents.
• Knowledge of financial documents such as LC, SBLC, and Bank Guarantees.
• Experience with finance, logistics, and import/export activities.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, and financial requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.
