Description

Lead the application management and support team, overseeing the performance and functionality of Mariapps software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the application management team, including training offshore staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Conduct system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized support solutions.
• Maintain documentation for application processes, procedures, and support protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application management and support.
• Proficiency in Mariapps Suite.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with scripting languages and application monitoring tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience within the maritime industry.
• Familiarity with maritime industry standards and regulations.
