Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex application programs and distributed web-based solutions. You own the full lifecycle from coding and testing to documentation and release.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document highly complex applications within established standards.
• Research and resolve technical program, machine, data, or system software problems.
• Define data elements, design database structures, and maintain data dictionaries.
• Lead the preparation and supervision of formal system test procedures for complex application systems.
• Prepare and monitor project work plans to ensure data integrity, availability, and timeliness.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Experience building web-based solutions using Angular.
• Strong SQL Server skills and experience with distributed systems.
• Proven experience as a Solution, Enterprise, Applications, Integration, or DevOps Architect.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Ability to implement complex in-house and vendor-supplied application software.
• Background in ArcGIS API integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and VueJS.
• Knowledge of SSIS, IIS, Bootstrap, and FileNet.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD), Scrum methodology, and SOA/Microservices.
